Break down into small teams

If you could plot a line representing productivity on a chart with team size on the X-axis and team member commitment on the Y-axis, the result would be parabolic and exponentially decreasing. We are a small team at the extreme left end of this parabolic representation of team productivity and we like it this way.

Stay agile

Small teams move fast, turn on a dime, and embrace (or even create) change. Why would the goal ever to be grow into a team that can’t do that?
