Customers are a business’ most important asset. Providing service and learning their needs is a privilege. Would you be happy if you walked into a retail store and customer service got to you in 24-48 hours?

Customers always need it ASAP

Why end a request with “we need this ASAP”? Customers always needs it ASAP. We find the fastest way to get to delivering everything ASAP is eliminating managers and supervisors. We have none of those. When everyone is a “doer”, things get “done” faster.
